Our primary funding is from the MaxBalo Impact Savings Account (MISA) program with qualified investors. MaxBalo provides these investors with attractive fixed returns in return for invested capital.

The Purpose of MISA

The MaxBalo Impact Savings Account (MISA) is our internal capital framework designed to support our Capital Facilitation as a Service (CFaaS) operations across Africa. It provides structured capital flows to high-impact sectors through secure, compliance-led deployments.

MISA enables private, qualified participants to support African SMEs via structured facilitation programs.

These programs are not equity-based, but rather align with MaxBalo’s debt-structuring model designed to offer transparency, stability, and community impact.

How are Proceeds Used?

Proceeds facilitated through MISA support:

  • Expansion of CFaaS infrastructure

  • Onboarding and growth of local facilitators and resellers

  • Support for vetted businesses in food systems, logistics, energy, and other priority sectors

Participation Structure

Participants in the MISA can expect:

  • Private capital facilitation agreement

  • Fixed income-style returns

  • Fully structured and monitored under MaxBalo’s CFaaS framework

  • Managed in line with applicable U.S. and local regulations
